  1. How do I get Delivery Guarantee on an item I purchase?
    Delivery Guarantee will automatically apply to every qualifying purchase made while a Member of this service.

  2. Which items are covered by Delivery Guarantee?
    Delivery Guarantee covers most new items which a Member buys from a retailer that are to be delivered by a delivery company that has an electronic automated package tracking system (e.g. UPS, Royal Mail, Business post, Fed Ex, DHL). See Delivery Guarantee Terms of Service for a full list of programme exclusions.

  3. Do I need to register my purchases?
    No. Delivery Guarantee covers every qualified item purchased when a Member.

  4. How do I make a claim request?
    You can initiate a claim on this site by completing the Claim Form and mailing it in with supporting documentation. You need to do so within 120 days of the ship date. See Delivery Guarantee Terms of Service for additional information on making a claim request.

  5. Do I first need to file a claim with the retailer, delivery company or my insurance company?
    Yes. Delivery Guarantee will only be responsible for the expenses not covered by other warranty, indemnity or other insurance policies. Delivery Guarantee coverage is secondary also to the respective retailer and delivery company's reimbursement coverage.

  6. Is there a limit to the number of claims which can be made?
    There are no limits on the number of claims which can be made, but all claims need to be made while a Member of this service for items purchased during that membership period. Up to £500 per item can be collected, £2,500 per claim for a series of events or connected events (such as one order or one delivery comprising various items)and £5,000 per year. There is a £1,000 limit per item on jewellery, watches, furs, antiques, coins, stamps, fine art, other numismatics (items related to the study or collecting of coins, medals and paper money) and computer equipment, subject to the other limits of £2,500 and £5,000 set out above. Where damage consists of articles in a pair or set, Delivery Guarantee will cover only the proportionate share of the item(s) damaged that it bears to the total purchase price.
