If the original warranty is in effect, you should follow the manufacturer's instructions. However, if a
product fails after the original warranty has expired, but while Extended Warranty protection is in effect,
then you can
initiate a claim on this site by first
getting a repair estimate, then coming to the site and choosing "Extended Warranty" from the navigation bar
to make a claim request. Send in your completed claim form request to be processed by a Claim Representative, who will work
with you to satisfy your needs. Please note that before you have a product repaired, you need to get
approval from your Claim Representative on the repair estimate.
