What is Cashback?
Cashback is simply receiving a set amount or a percentage of the value back when you make a purchase through our network.

When do I get my cashback?
With our quick cashback payment process, members often get their cashback within 10 working days (depending on member terms). We have a simple validation process and as soon as your balance reaches £5 we send it to your bank account. Please check your bank account details in the Profile page to ensure your details are correct. If no bank account number is present in your Profile, we will be unable to transfer your cashback and this will be rolled over into your account balance, until you do provide us with a valid bank account number.

How do I make sure I am saving as much as possible?
We make it easy. You can look for retailers or products by using our search box. You can browse the category you are looking for, or view all retailer cashbacks. Click on the retailer and you will be getting cashback automatically. You can also download our Savings Key to save when you go directly to the websites of the retailers to shop!

Where do my cashbacks go?
Your cashback will be transferred directly to the bank account number stated in your Profile. If no bank account number is present in your Profile, we will be unable to transfer your cashback and your cashbacks will be rolled over into your account balance, until you do provide us with a valid bank account number.

Do all purchases I make at any retailer participating in the Cashback Network get credited by WL?
Yes, if you start at the Website or if you download and use our Savings Key. If you do not click through the Website or download and use our Savings Key prior to entering the website of the retailer, you will not be credited with a cashback. (There are also some products that do not qualify for cashbacks -- see below.) If you click through the Website and make a purchase, then surf elsewhere on the Web and return to that retailer and make a second purchase, your second purchase will not earn a cashback unless you have downloaded the Savings Key. (You must click through the Website every time you shop at a retailer website or download and use our Savings Key.) If you use multiple windows on your browser, the window in which you shop at the retailer must have been originated at our Website.

Can I use special offers and vouchers and still earn a cashback?
We work with our retailers to provide you with special offers and vouchers that you can combine with the cashbacks for maximum savings. We try very hard to provide you with an extensive list of retailer special offers and vouchers. Please refer to the special offers page on our Website or the retailer search for these offers. If you choose to use vouchers and special offers that are not listed on the Website, we cannot guarantee that you will be eligible to receive a cashback on your purchases. It is advisable to check with each retailer to see if they allow such combination for special offers and vouchers not listed on the Website.
Furthermore, please be advised that vouchers and special offers listed on the Website are subject to change. Restrictions may apply. WL tries to present the most accurate offers but cannot make guarantees due to the time-sensitive nature of these promotions.

Can I use online currencies while shopping through the Cashback Network?
No, you may not use online currencies while shopping through the Cashback Network.

Can I use MSN Passport at the Cashback Network?
No, you may not use MSN Passport while shopping through the Cashback Network.

Do all purchases qualify for a cashback?
Virtually every item you purchase through the Cashback Network qualifies for a cashback. We cannot, however, give cashbacks for taxes, delivery, or any portion of a purchase that is paid for with vouchers, gift certificates or a credit provided by the retailer. Any purchase of products and services in which the transaction is substantially completed by telephone does not qualify for a cashback. In addition, any retailer specific special terms are listed on the individual retailer detail page prior to clicking through to the website of the retailer.

How do I know WL is tracking my purchases while I am shopping?
By starting at the Website your purchases will automatically be tracked OR if you have downloaded the Savings Key software, when you first get to your shopping destination you will see a cashback confirmation pop-up.

How can I access my transaction history?
If you click on Benefits -> Cashback in the top navigation bar you may view your summary transactions and cashbacks earned.

How can I update my account information?
Click on Account in the top navigation bar. Then click on Profile. This page will allow you to view your current profile and make any necessary changes to your name, address, and bank account details.

How do I search for a retailer or a product?
Find the search box in the top navigation bar. Type the name of the retailer or product you are looking for, and click the search icon.

Can I receive cashback on offline purchases?
You can receive 2% Offline Cashback for purchases you make directly within high-street stores. Offline Cashback is limited to a total value of £20 per calendar month on purchases made within the same calendar month. This Offline Cashback benefit is limited to high street stores which are available within the Shopper Discounts & Rewards online cashback network at the time of purchase, and can only be redeemed within 30 days of the purchase date. This additional benefit only applies to goods and does not apply to purchases made via retailers which offer a Click & Collect or Reserve & Collect service. Services in general are excluded as well as orders / bookings / reservations made via travel, car rental, insurance, money transfer or exchange, mobile or service businesses. To redeem 2% Offline Cashback on purchases as described above, please send the store receipt and your membership details within 30 days of purchase to Shopper Discounts & Rewards Customer Services, Sentinel House, Airspeed Road, Portsmouth, PO3 5RF. You can also email a copy to cashback@shopperdiscountsandrewards.co.uk. Please reference 'Offline Cashback' in your request, remember to include your name and membership number. We will only accept high street offline receipts for goods purchased. Your Offline Cashback will be displayed within your Cashback Balance, as a 'Manual Credit'. If you have made online purchases via the Shopper Discounts & Rewards cashback network, the relevant cashback will be consolidated with Offline Cashback. The total cashback balance will be subject to standard monthly cashback limit. We will transfer the sum of both your Offline and Online Cashback for that particular calendar month, and within 10 working days online purchase or Offline Cashback request. If your overall total Cashback Balance (combined Offline and Online Cashback) for any particular calendar month is less than £5, then all cashback will be carried forward to the consecutive month until the total cashback level reaches £5. Webloyalty reserves the right to amend or withdraw this additional benefit on 30 days' notice, Webloyalty reserves the right to reject Offline Cashback requests should an invalid store receipt be supplied.

Can I use the Cashback Network if I live outside the United Kingdom?
No, you must be a resident of the United Kingdom to be a member of the Webloyalty Programme and to subsequently become a member of the Cashback Network.

What if the retailer that I want is not offered through the Cashback Network?
We are working hard to ensure our Members will enjoy a variety of goods and services from a wide range of retailers. If we do not have your favourite retailer, or if you would like to recommend a retailer to us, simply email our customer care department at: cashback@shopperdiscountsandrewards.co.uk. We will do everything possible to have your favourite retailer as one of the retailers in our network.

Do gift certificates qualify for a cashback?
No. WL cannot give cashbacks for the portion of a purchase that is made with gift cards, vouchers or certificates. Nor can we give cashbacks for the purchase of gift certificates, vouchers or gift cards.

What if I want to return or cancel an order?
Returns are subject to the return policy of the retailer from whom you purchased. If you return or cancel an item, we have to reverse any cashback granted in respect of that purchase.
Exchanges make a cashback ineligible. In the process of an exchange, the retailer cancels the old order and replaces it with a new one. When doing this, the commission received by WL from the retailer is reversed and a new commission is not established because the retailer has created a new order (thus meaning the order was not completed through the Cashback Network - but placed through the retailer directly). Because of this, the retailer will not pay WL the commission, which means WL does not have a cashback to pass on to you.
To avoid losing the cashback, please make sure all returns are final and that they do not constitute an exchange. Have the retailer refund your credit card, and then re-place the order through the Cashback Network to receive the cashback.

Are my transactions secure when going through the Cashback Network?
Yes. When you check out at any of our retailers, you are on a very safe connection called a Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

What are "cookies" and how do I enable them?
Cookies are simply text files that allow a website to recognise you when you return to that website. This means you do not have to sign in again and again. Cookies used by WL on the Website and by our network of retailers are safe and they are enabled by default with most browsers.

What is the Cashback Network's Savings Key?
The Cashback Network's Savings Key, offered as a download from the Website, is a small tracking tool that runs autonomously on your computer. It simply notices when you visit selected websites and sends a message notifying you of participating retailers. The Savings Key ensures that your purchases from all participating retailers earn you cashbacks, whether you shop through the Website or not.

How do I uninstall the Cashback Network's Savings Key?
You can uninstall the Cashback Network's Savings Key by following these steps in order:
- Close all your browsers.
- Open Control Panel, and click Add/Remove Programmes.
- Click the "Change/Remove" button next to the Cashback Network's Savings Key. When it asks "Are you sure you wish to uninstall?" click "Yes".
- The uninstaller will completely remove the Cashback Network's Savings Key from your machine.
